Zeinab Hegazy

Communication, Public Affairs & Sustainability Director Egypt & UAE

Zeinab Hegazy joined Cemex in 2001 and has taken on leadership roles across several diverse positions, including Accounting, Internal Audit, and Human Resources. She previously served as the Compensation & Development Director for Cemex Egypt where she designed competitive compensation schemes and contributed to developing human capital, including talent management and succession planning. Zeinab holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (English Section) from Ain Shams University and she is an Associate to the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development in United Kingdom (ACIPD).
