Our Pavement Solutions
Roller Compacted Concrete RCC
RCC uses the same basic materials as conventional concrete but in different ratios. It's a no-slump, dry mix placed with asphalt pavers and compacted using 10-ton rollers, similar to hot mix asphalt. Mix designs vary based on project needs.
Slipform Concrete Pavement
Concrete pavement uses the same basic materials as conventional concrete: cement, water, sand, and aggregates, but in different proportions. It is a near zero slump mix placed using slipform pavers. Mix designs vary depending on the application.

Concrete pavements offer long-lasting durability, lower maintenance costs, improved safety, better light reflection, and help reduce urban heat for greater comfort.
Greater Durability
Concrete spreads loads over a wide area, preserving stiffness and resisting deformation. Failures are caused by traffic stress and contaminants, not simply by age or years in service.
Reduced Life-Cycle Costs
Initial concrete pavement costs are about 10% higher than asphalt but can save up to 50% over 20 years. Concrete offers better surface quality, safety, and fuel savings, while asphalt requires more maintenance.
Better Light Reflection
Concrete surfaces reflect five times more light than asphalt, reducing public street lighting energy use by up to 37%, leading to significant energy savings and improved visibility.
Reduced Temperature
Concrete pavement absorbs less heat than asphalt, lowering urban temperatures by up to 15°C. This improves driver comfort and reduces energy use from air conditioning.
