Water Proofing Admixture for Concrete and Mortar

Sealers have the function to protect buildings against rising moisture and dripping water.

Application Dispensing

The correct quantity of ISOFUGE 111 should be measured according to a recommended dispenser. The admixture should then be added to the concrete with the mixing water to obtain the best results. Never add to dry cement.

Dosage

Optimum dosage of ISOFUGE 111 is normally dispensed at a rate of 0.2% to 0.5 % of cement weight. ISOFUGE 111 is compatible with all TYPES of Portland cement.

 Effects of Overdosing

An overdose of double the intended amount of ISOFUGE 111 will result in:

Retardation in setting , air entrainment increase.

Health and Safety Instructions

ISOFUGE 111 does not fall under the hazardous classification of admixtures. However, it should not be swallowed or get into contact with the skin and eyes. Protective gloves and goggles should be worn at all times, splashes on the skin should be removed and washed by water and in case of contact with eyes , rinse with water immediately and call for medical advice. If swallowed, medical attention shall be sought immediately. ISOFUGE 111 is water based and non-toxic non-flammable admixture.
