Wafik Beshara joined Cemex in 2001 and has held several executive positions across Commercial & Marketing, Strategic Planning, Corporate Communications, and Human Resources. He previously served as the Human Resources Vice President for Cemex in Asia, Middle East, and Africa, where he shaped the Human Resources strategy in the AMEA region. Wafik holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the Arab Academy for Science & Technology in Egypt and a Master's degree from Edinburgh Business School in Scotland.
