Carlos Palero joined Cemex in 1999 and has since held multiple senior leadership roles in Cement Operations across Mexico, Central and South America, Asia, and Africa. He previously served as Regional Director at Cemex Mexico. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Science in Electromechanical Engineering from Universidad Panamericana, completed the Lean Manufacturing Black Belt degree, and later earned his Master of Business Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
