With the application of new technologies, in 1993 CEMEX, through its Concrete Pavement Division, initiated a new stage in the development, management and construction of hydraulic cement concrete pavements for roads and motorways. Since 2004, CEMEX also acquired equipment for recycling flexible pavement and granular base stabilization using Portland cement and soil-cement by grouting equipment.
